ElectroNasa: Engineering Excellence in Commercial Kitchen Hood Motors
Arvin Industries | Commercial Kitchen Hood Motor Manufacturerin
The heart of any high-volume commercial kitchen is its ventilation system, and that system is only as reliable as the motor driving it. For decades, Namavaran Sanaye Arvin, operating under the ElectroNasa brand, has engineered industrial hood motors built to withstand the punishing heat, grease, and continuous operational demands of global foodservice and manufacturing environments.
We do not simply assemble parts; we engineer heavy-duty airflow solutions. Operating from our advanced manufacturing facility, our R&D and production teams focus on a single objective: maximizing the CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute) output while maintaining strict low-noise tolerances and uncompromising thermal endurance.
Whether you are an HVAC engineer specifying a custom OEM centrifugal exhaust fan motor or a procurement manager securing a reliable wholesale commercial hood motor supply chain, ElectroNasa delivers. Our legacy is built on rigorous quality control, precision machining, and an unwavering commitment to industrial ventilation standards.
Our factory is known with the honor of being the first manufacturer of kitchen hood electric motors in Iran. This prominent position is the result of more than two decades of continuous efforts, research and development of indigenous technologies in this field.
The beginning of a historic collaboration
Our collaboration began in 1379 with the reputable company Setareh Talai Sanat (Hoodbimax). Along the way, we took on the following vital responsibilities:
Design and launch of a dedicated production line
Specialized assembly of the K33 model electric motor
Careful monitoring of the production process and quality control
A lasting achievement: achieving self-sufficiency
This beneficial collaboration, which continued until 1387, ultimately led to the achievement of a major national achievement: Hoodbimax Company’s complete self-sufficiency in the production of electric motors and the cessation of dependence on the import of this strategic product.

About us
Mission and Vision
In 2008, with the official establishment of the company in the East Semnan Industrial Park, and by attracting an experienced staff, using the latest technology and the introduction of machinery specifically for the production of hood electromotors, an agreement was reached with Dorsa Hood Company to supply all K30 and turbo consumer electromotors of the company. The above agreement is still valid. According to the approval of the board of directors to develop the company's activities, the company was authorized to take action to attract new customers and increase production capacity on 04/01/92. Since the approval, more than 15 hood manufacturing companies have been added to its customer list and the process of attracting more customers is still ongoing.
In order to improve the quality and increase the quantity of our production, we have negotiated with foreign companies and signed a contract to purchase new machinery, and we will soon be able to meet the needs of the entire country.
Our Engineering Philosophy and Mission
ElectroNasa’s engineering philosophy is governed by fluid dynamics and electromechanical resilience. A heavy-duty hood motor or high CFM exhaust motor must overcome significant static resistance while operating continuously for 12 to 18 hours daily.
Our mission is to eliminate motor degradation caused by ambient heat and particulate buildup. We achieve this by prioritizing high-grade copper windings, advanced class F and H insulation, and precision-sealed bearings. We do not manufacture disposable components; we build structural assets for industrial HVAC systems. Our engineering teams continuously test and refine our designs against the harshest simulated environmental constraints to ensure maximum uptime and operational safety.

`Arvin Industries Factory (Electronasa)
The first manufacturer of electric hood motors in Iran
Supplier of 50% of Iran's hood market
Inside the Factory: State-of-the-Art Manufacturing & R&D
The Namavaran Sanaye Arvin facility integrates automated CNC machining with advanced robotic winding stations to ensure zero-tolerance deviations in our stators and rotors. Our Research and Development laboratory is equipped with dynamometers, airflow chambers, and anechoic rooms to test specific parameters across our entire product line.
A primary focus within our R&D division is the optimization of the centrifugal exhaust fan motor, commonly referred to in the industry as a snail blower fan motor. By refining the aerodynamic curvature of the impeller blades and perfectly balancing the rotor assemblies dynamically, our facility consistently outputs a low noise industrial hood motor that does not sacrifice CFM capacity. This balance between acoustic compliance and exhaust velocity is a direct result of our sustained capital investments in aerodynamic testing equipment.
Rigorous Quality Assurance & Strict QC Protocols
We treat quality control as a rigid, non-negotiable science. Before any unit leaves the ElectroNasa facility, it must pass a multi-stage, data-logged inspection process.
Our engineers meticulously document the industrial hood motor technical specifications for every batch. The QC protocol includes:
- Hipot (High Potential) Testing: Verifying the dielectric strength of the motor insulation.
- Vibration and Harmonic Analysis: Ensuring dynamic balance to prevent bearing wear and structural fatigue.
- Thermal Load Testing: Running motors at peak load in elevated ambient temperature chambers to guarantee thermal overload protectors activate precisely at designated thresholds.
- Acoustic Profiling: Measuring decibel output to ensure compliance with municipal commercial zoning regulations.
Commitment to Sustainable Industrial Ventilation
Energy consumption in commercial kitchens represents a massive operational overhead, with continuous-run exhaust systems accounting for a significant percentage. ElectroNasa integrates sustainable engineering by focusing on motor efficiency. By optimizing the magnetic flux density within our motors and reducing internal friction through superior bearing selection, we lower the amperage draw without compromising torque or RPM.
Furthermore, our manufacturing process prioritizes recyclable metals and environmentally compliant varnishes and resins, ensuring our production footprint aligns with modern industrial sustainability standards.
Global Supply: Why B2B Clients Trust ElectroNasa
Sourcing components at an industrial scale requires a supplier capable of maintaining tight delivery schedules, consistent quality, and transparent pricing. Facility owners, restaurant equipment suppliers, and global distributors partner with ElectroNasa because we offer direct-from-manufacturer accountability.
We structure our operations to support bulk procurement, providing competitive industrial hood motor price structures and wholesale commercial hood motors without diluting component quality. From custom OEM modifications to standardized heavy-duty configurations, ElectroNasa has the logistical infrastructure and technical capacity to secure your supply chain anywhere in the world.

FAQ
Commercial kitchen motors must operate in environments with extreme ambient heat, heavy airborne grease, and continuous load profiles. They require higher temperature insulation classes (like Class F or H), specialized totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) or specifically ventilated housings, and heavy-duty sealed bearings to prevent premature failure.
We achieve low acoustic profiles through precision dynamic balancing of the rotor and impeller assembly, reducing harmonic vibrations. Additionally, our centrifugal exhaust fan motor (snail blower) housings are aerodynamically optimized to prevent air turbulence, which is a primary source of exhaust noise.
Key specifications include the IP rating (typically IP54 or IP55 for moisture/dust resistance), Insulation Class (F or H), RPM matched to your required CFM and static pressure, full load amperage (FLA), and the inclusion of auto-reset thermal overload protection.
Yes. Our engineering team works directly with HVAC manufacturers and kitchen consultants to adapt shaft lengths, mounting brackets, electrical specifications, and airflow capacities for proprietary systems.
